1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 14 days before order is shipped to receive your "make-to-order" product, unless otherwise stated in product information.
This does not however apply to "buy now" orders or samples which normally ships within 1-2 business day. This also excludes custom orders.
2. What does make-to-order mean?
Order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later after it has been constructed.
3. How much is shipping?
Every order includes free standard shipping in the U.S.! If shipping needs to expedited please contact us! Outside the U.S. please see shipping prices when ordering.
4. Do I receive a tracking number to track my package?
You will receive a tracking number once order is shipped via email provided during checkout.
5. Do sizes fit true to size?
Please refer to Tabitha Fielteau's sizing chart as all garments will fit as such.
6. I don't see my size...
Contact us to see if your size will become available or to place a custom order.
7. Can I return an item?
All sales are final because each look is made-to-order unless otherwise stated. If you need more information or have questions please do so before placing your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us and we will do the best to mend the situation.
8. What is a sample?
Samples are the first garments made by the designer to give the buyer an idea of how the design will turn out once production is made. Sometimes samples are slightly worn by models to promote clothing sales.
9. What if an item is sold out?
After an item is sold out it can only be made available by customer's request if fabric is available.
10. Something is wrong with my order?
Contact us immediately, if necessary we will provide you with a free return label to mend the situation.
